Wreathmaking classes were held Friday, Dec. 11 at the Waverly Community House, Scout Room, 1115 North Abington Road in Waverly. The workshop ran continuously through the day hosted by Abby Peck who continues the tradition led by her mother Rosamond Peck. Crafters were asked to make one wreath for the Comm. Some of the greens were provided and participants were asked to bring some of their own. Some suggested types were yews, cedar, Scotch pine, holly, hemlock and spruce. Light refreshments were served throughout the day.
