A T-shirt design contest is being held for the Humane Society of Lackawanna County Pet Walk. Deadline is May 10 for T-shirt design for the June 1 walk. Winner will receive a $100 prize and will be announced the day of event. Any medium may be used for the design, however, the design will be printed in one color.
