Claire Pinches, a resident of Clarks Summit, has enrolled at Eastern University, St.Davids, as an elementary and special education major for the fall of 2008 semester.
Pinches graduated from Abington Heights High School as a member of the swimming and soccer teams, National Honor Society and chorus.
Pinches is a member of the Church of Epiphany, Clarks Summit and the daughter of Robin and Charles Pinches.
Eastern University is a Christian university of the arts and sciences located in St. Davids, enrolling approximately 4,000 students in its undergraduate, graduate, professional, urban, Seminary and international programs.
