MetroAction offers several loan programs for small businesses across eight counties in northeastern Pennsylvania. MetroAction specializes in assisting underserved borrowers who may not be able to obtain financing from traditional financing sources, such as banks. MetroAction is one of the only community development non-profit organizations in northeastern Pennsylvania to provide loans to under-served small businesses.
