Thursday, March 27 is Dress C.A.S.U.A.L. (Colon cancer Awareness Saves Unlimited Adult Lives) day to spread the word about colorectal cancer awareness. The Northeast Regional Cancer Institute will host its fifth annual dress down day in memory of Helen Phillips, a woman who lost a courageous battle against colon cancer.
