With a comprehensive plan draft soon ready to be issued, the Scranton Abingtons Planning Association (SAPA) held a meeting on Wednesday, June 11. Representatives from the consultant team of McCormick Taylor did not attend.
A draft of the 20-year comprehensive plan is scheduled to be released on June 27. After review by the SAPA committee in late July, a revised draft will be made available to member municipalities and 17 area communities for comment. A final plan will be constructed following both drafts.
