Lackawanna County Children and Youth Services (LCCYS) and the Lackawanna County Department of Arts and Culture have released a Request for Proposals for A.R.T.S. Engage, a new county initiative for high-quality youth arts programming. Organizations in Lackawanna County may apply for funding to deliver arts programming for youth K-12. Programs can be after school, weekly, monthly, summer programs or combination.
The RFP deadline is Friday, October 10. A free workshop to answer questions on the program and the RFP process will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, September 29, at the Electric City Trolley Museum.
