Cub Scouts Pack 152, which meets at the Waverly Community House, was one of the many Cub Scout packs from Lackawanna and Luzerne counties to visit Camp Acahela at Pocono Lake, for the 2010 Harvest Fest Oct. 24. Scouts made the most of the day with fall outdoor activities, such as pumpkin bowling, pumpkin catapulting, and scarecrow stuffing. They maneuvered through obstacle courses and played games such as jousting and frisbee golf. They also learned Native American activities such as spear throwing and archery.
