Preparing for a new Qigong class at the Lupus Foundation, Resource Center for Autoimmune Disease are instructor Rick Schmoyer, left, and Beth Rundell, Lupus Foundation branch director. Offering multiple therapeutic benefits for autoimmune patients, Qigong is a technique that uses posture, movement, breathing and meditation to increase energy and improve circulation.
