Milo R. Farnham, 78, of Scott Twp. died Saturday morning, Sept. 18 at Abington Manor, S. Abington Twp. His wife was the late Regina Zenzel Farnham, who died in 1996. The couple had been married 36 years. Born in Fleetville, he was the son of the late Boyd Cleveland and Grace Margaret Baylor Farnham. Prior to his retirement he was a self employed furniture upholster. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman who always had a colorful story to tell. The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at Abington Manor for the wonderful care and compassion at the end. And to the owners and staff at the Gourmet Restaurant who always kept his seat open for him. Surviving is a daughter Lisa Akulonis, and her husband George, Dalton, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by nine brothers, Fred, Earl, Paul, Donald, Roy, Melvin, Lynn, Richard, and Ralph, and one sister Nina. The funeral was to be held Tuesday from the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St Clarks Summit, with services by Rev. Judy Wanck, Pastor of the Clarks Summit United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Chase Cemetery, Fleetville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clarks Summit United Methodist Church, 1310 Morgan Hwy. Clarks Summit Pa. 18411.
