The Abington Business and Professional Association recently hosted a business scarecrow contest. The public was invited to vote for scarecrows created at area businesses. The winning scarecrow was created by Sole to Soul in Clarks Summit. Those who voted were entered to win a random drawing for a Clarks Summit shopping spree. Winner was Ann Boylan.
