According to PennDOT, there will be traffic delays and stoppages on SR 407 (South Abington Road) in Clarks Summit today, March 11, from SR 6/11 to Venard Road.
Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. contractors will be pulling 14 steel cables across the road, and will be stopping traffic 7-10 times, for 10-15 minutes each time. Flaggers will be used to control traffic, and motorists should seek an alternate route.
