Helen Le Bahn, Clarks Summit died Sunday, August 26, at the Hospice Unit of Community Medical Center. She was the wife of David Le Bahn.
Born in Scranton, daughter of the late James and Margaret McWilliams Haggerty, she was educated at Holy Rosary High School. She went to Empire Beauty School and became a beautician, opening a salon with her sister Ann La Belle. Surviving is her husband Dave; two daughters, Margo Grace, Scranton and Ruth Howell, Dimock; a son, David, Somerville, MA; two sisters, Mary Gilbride, Clarks Summit and Ann Buntz, Scranton; a sister-in-law Christina Carroll, Daytona, FL; three grandsons, C.J., James, and Elliott Grace; a granddaughter, Abby Howell; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, James and John Haggerty.
A memorial mass is set for Friday, Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Gregory, 330 N. Abington Rd., Clarks Green, with services by Msgr. John Louis, pastor.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 30 from 6 to 8 p.m. from the Lawrence E. Young funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit
