Step one: All three components must move together — The Lead Leg Pecking Teep and both arms. Lead Leg steps back with a quick pump from your toes and the ball of the foot off the floor.

Step two: The leg will come up bending at the knee. To the height of the target where you want to Teep (Push Kick) to land.

Step three: Trusting the leg that is kicking outwards with toes back, stricking the oppoint with the ball of the foot, the lead arm will make a C formation.

Step four: The opposite arm will come across protecting the face.
