Frances B. Graves, Clarks Summit, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, at her home. She was the widow of Warren A. Graves, who died in 1999.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Lena Beff Buck. She has been a resident of Clarks Summit for the past 58 years. She attended Tripp Ave. Christian Church in Dunmore. She enjoyed quilting and baking.
Surviving are a son, Robert A. Graves, Clarks Summit; a daughter, Carol Fron, Luling, LA; a sister, Margaret Griffiths, Clarks Summit; nieces, Margaret Young and Clare Daubert; six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
A private funeral service was conducted by Rev. Ginger Daubenhauser at the Lawrence E. Young Funeral Home, 418 S. State St., Clarks Summit. Interment was at Abington Hills Cemetery.
The family greatly appreciated the staff of Mercy Hospice for there sincere care and in lieu of flowers, they would like any memorials to go to Mercy Hospice 746 Jefferson Ave., Scranton PA 18501.
