Residents of the Clarks Summit area can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or check for serious bone deterioration. Life Line Screening will be at the VFW Abington Memorial located at 402 Winola Rd. in Clarks Summit on July 10 beginning at 10 a.m. The tests include checks for blocked Carotid arteries, abdominal aorta aneurysms, hardening of the arteries in the legs and a bone density test to asses the risk of osteoporosis.
