From now through October 31, Scarecrows on Parade, will be featured in downtown Clarks Summit and South Abington Park. On Saturday, Oct. 27 a Halloween Parade will be held in downtown Clarks Summit, beginning at 2 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Other events that took place throughout the month included a Family Fun Day at the Farm Market at South Abington Park, and a Scarecrow Making Party at South Abington Park Pavilion.
