The Lackawanna County Humane Society has this 11-month-old male Catahoula mix, Rupert, available for adoption. He is energetic and likes cats, other dogs and squeaky toys. Rupert can go home with you for $45. The adoption fee includes Microchip identification, Distemper, Bordatella, Corona Vaccines and Lackawanna County License.
