Boy Scout Troop 21 Star Scout Tim Walsh was awarded the 2015 Youth Advocate Award by the Children’s Advocacy Center during the Cocktails by Moonlight. Walsh, left, is shown with Assistant Scoutmaster Jeff Allan. Walsh will soon test for his rank of Life and will then work towards his rank of Eagle.
