GLENBURN — The griddles and spatulas come out in the kitchen at the Church of the Epiphany on Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras), as the men of the congregation host their annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper. This year’s event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 17, when, donning their chef’s hats and whipping up the batter, the men will attempt to produce some of the fluffiest pancakes and mouth-watering sausages around.
A free will offering will be accepted to benefit the Abington Ecumenical Ministerium’s food pantry at the Dalton United Methodist Church.
