Steppin’ Out: Works by Recent Graduates of Marywood University, now through Jan. 31 at the AFA Gallery, 514 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton. Featuring a variety of two-dimensional and three-dimensional works by Lori Ann Brunetti, Shane Davis, Jessica Marks, Ehab Mogheeth, Bethany Montana, Alexandra Price, Teal Porrini, Skip Sensbach and Melissa Wollmering.

Daina Krumins and Lori Remmel exhibit, now through Jan. 31, at the AFA Gallery, 514 Lackawanna Ave., Scranton. Krumins’ photo asseblages come from her texture driven non-neuro typical way of finding delight and meaning. Remmel uses collage and darkroom photography to illustrate her inner dialogue and disconnect between inherent animal instincts and learned social niceties.

After School Players, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, now through March 5 at Dietrich Theater, Tunkhannock. Performance will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7 for middle and high school students. Through the use of Scene Study, students will experience all aspects of producing a play from breaking down a script, to creating a character, to the actors’ responsibilities, to choosing costumes, to designing the set in which it all happens.
