The Abington Community Library is hosting a sculpture workshop Friday, April 4 from 1 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
“Artists” over 10 years of age through adult are encouraged to drop by and help place, and staple, the caps in place. They can stay for a few minutes, or a few hours. Pre-registration is requested by calling the library, 570-587-3440, or stop by to sign up.
The sculptures will be delivered to the ABPA businesses and organizations that purchased them on Thursday, April 24 for display April 25 to 27 during the Clarks Summit Earth Day/Arbor Day festivities.
