Years of Olympian- like training and preparation helps the Abington Business and Professional Association deliver the annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice as a gift to the community. The group enlists the talents of Sculpted Ice Works carvers, area musicians and assorted entertainers and blends it with local business support and community volunteerism to create the winter wonderland displayed on Presidents’ Day Weekend each year.
