The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a “Good Works” certificate to for volunteering her hair styling talents to the guests of St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen and the residents of St. Francis Commons. Petrunich offers her services free once a month to individuals who have signed up for a haircut.
