Lackawanna College receives EITC donation from First National Community Bank

First National Community Bank presents a $2,000 Educational Improvement Tax Credit donation to Lackawanna College to benefit the College’s ongoing EITC programs. The college is designated as an Educational Improvement Organization by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for providing innovative educational programs to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Annually, the College’s programs attract hundreds of children from nearly a dozen regional school districts to Lackawanna’s Environmental Education Center in Covington Township for a range of week-long summer camps and discovery-based learning sessions.
