YORK — The following Abington area residents were among the more than 760 students who received degrees at York College of Pennsylvania’s commencement exercises May 14.
• Elizabeth Makowski, of South Abington Township, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and Spanish.
• Peter Maria, of Factoryville, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design.
