CLARKS SUMMIT — The Second Annual NEPA Law Enforcement Seminar, presented by the Lackawanna County Commissioners and the Lackawanna Susquehanna Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs, will be held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 24 at the Clarks Summit Fire Hall, 321 Bedford St.

9 to 10 a.m: Presentation on “Prescription Drug Abuse Updates” by Lackawanna County District Attorney Shane Scanlon

10 a.m. to 1 p.m: Red Kite Project, an interactive training experience to teach skills and help shift law enforcement attitudes

1 to 1:30 p.m: Lunch

1:30 to 2:30 p.m: Presentation on “Understanding the Drugged DUI” by DUI Enforcement Program Coordinator PSP Corporal Scott M. Davis
