The Wyoming Valley can plan to soak up some sun the next two days, but should have their umbrellas ready for Saturday.

Thursday will reach a daytime high temperature of 86 degrees. Sun is expected until 2 p.m., at which time skies will become partly cloudy for the rest of the day.

Temperatures will dip to 70-degrees Thursday night.

Friday will continue the sunny trend as it is expected to be equally hot, with a high of 86 degrees and a low of 72. The dry spell will come to an end Friday night with isolated thunderstorms.

The chance of thunderstorms will continue into Saturday morning. The rest of the day will be partly cloudy with temperatures hovering around 85 degrees.
