CLARKS SUMMIT — The borough is seeking two volunteers from the community to represent it in two capacities:
• EMA Director: Responsible for involvement and management in the event of local emergencies, reporting to borough council and coordinating with Lackawanna County EMA.
• ARWA Representative: Acting as a representative of the borough in the Abington Regional Wastewater Authority, including attending monthly meetings, acting on committees with the authority and semi-annual reporting back to the borough.
