The Lackawanna Historical Society’s Annual Dinner will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Women’s Institute of Domestic Arts and Sciences. The dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 at Scranton Prep, the original home of the Women’s Institute. Tickets are $50 and reservations are required.
