911 Memorial Committee of Lackawanna County marks 15th anniversary of terror attack

The 911 memorial Committee of Lackawanna County held its annual commemoration of the terrorist attacks on America of Sept. 11, 2001. The observation was held at the memorial site in McDade Park on Sunday, Sept. 11. From left, first row, Tom Bracey, LTC USAF (ret.).
