Home Instead Senior Care in Clarks Summit receives certification

CLARKS SUMMIT — The National Readmission Prevention Collaborative (NRPC) announced Home Instead Senior Care in Clarks Summit successfully completed its certification program and has earned the distinction of Certified Readmission Prevention Team (CRPT).

The Home Instead Senior Care office serving Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, Wayne and Wyoming counties is one of the first healthcare organizations in the state to receive this honor.

The certification is available to any individual or team who works in healthcare, residential care or wellness.
