March 1 declared as Saint David’s Day in Clarks Summit Borough

CLARKS SUMMIT — Mayor Herman Johnson read a proclamation declaring March 1 as Saint David’s Day in Clarks Summit Borough. Saint David’s Day is the feast day of St. David, the patron saint of Wales.
