SCRANTON — Although the crowd was thin, likely due to the frigid weather, the revelers were no less exuberant during this year’s Scranton St. Patrick’s Parade than in years past, when the sidewalks were packed. Dressed in green and orange, parade-goers clapped, cheered, jumped and danced as the bands, floats, clowns and other entertainers passed by Saturday morning and afternoon, March 11, through the downtown city streets.
