Electric City Trolley Museum plans Halloween Fest for Sunday, Oct. 15

SCRANTON — The Electric City Trolley Museum is planning a “howling” and “spooktacular” time for all at its Halloween Fest, scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15 at the museum.

The event will include refreshments, games, art activities, a magician, balloon art and a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for the prettiest, scariest, funniest, most original and best superhero costumes. Winners will be announced at 1 p.m.

Special guest Mickey Mouse will go on the trolley ride and Poppy the Troll will greet the children in the museum.

Admission for children is $10 and includes a trolley ride, along with a free entrance fee for accompanying adults. Adult tickets for the trolley ride are $5.
