SCRANTON — Forty-eight companies from across Northeastern Pennsylvania, offering approximately 1,000 full-time, part-time and seasonal job openings, will participate in the third annual Lackawanna County Job Fair from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, June 18 at PNC Field on the ballpark’s Club Level.
The event is free and open to candidates of all experience levels and work categories.
On the day of the event, the Scranton/Wilkes Barre RailRiders are making suites and other private meeting rooms available for the companies to conduct on-site interviews. Representatives from the Pennsylvania CareerLink Lackawanna will also be on hand to help people with resume preparation and to offer general job advice and interview information.
Attendees should bring their resumes, to dress professionally and to be prepared to be interviewed.
