SCRANTON — AFA Gallery will present a unique art sale and fundraiser June 26 through 28.

Small Art BIG DEAL will fill the Lackawanna Avenue gallery with as many donated 4-by-6-inch works of art as its white walls can hold. Artwork of emerging artists will be interspersed with that of established artists. Pieces will be signed on the back only, ensuring the artists’ identity remains secret until the work is purchased.

Hundreds of collectors and art lovers are expected to vie for their favorite pieces, accessibly priced at $50 each. All proceeds will benefit the AFA Gallery.

The event will open with a ticketed reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 26. Admission is $25 and includes the earliest chance at purchasing the art, refreshments, light fare by The Epicurean Delight, and music by Rich Jenkins. The sale will then continue from 12 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday with no charge for admission those days.

Event volunteers and sponsors include Augelli Printing, Digital Print and Design, The Epicurean Delight, Lori Ryan Photography, Marquis Art and Frame, ProActive Family Chiropractic, Rich Jenkins and WNEP.
