CLARKS SUMMIT — Allied Services Integrated Health System pharmacist, Jillian Dwyer, PharmD, CGP, recently received her certification in Geriatric Pharmacy. The Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy (CCGP) offers a valid and legally defensible board certification examination in Geriatric Pharmacy.

A Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP) is considered an expert in geriatric health care, which focuses on the care of older adults. Dwyer joins two other CGPs at Allied Services. There are less than 2,000 CGPs in the United States.

Dwyer, of Dalton, has been with Allied Services since July 2012, with experience in retail pharmacy prior. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Wilkes University in 2011.
