CLARKS SUMMIT — Camelot Restaurant & Inn hosted a pet-friendly barbecue called Burgers and Dogs on Sunday, Sept. 11, with proceeds benefiting Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.

Guests brought their four-legged companions to this event to enjoy a burger and cake at the event, which was organized by Heavenly Paws Pet Group. Guests were also entertained by live music by local singer/guitarist Mike Dillon from Clarks Summit.

Carol Hughes of The Church of St. Gregory in Clarks Green started Heavenly Paws Pet Group. The group will hold a pet drive followed by a pet blessing and puppy picnic in the parking lot of The Church of St. Gregory on Oct. 3.
