My Project: Conduct your own Thanksgiving scavenger hunt

My Project - Jennifer Familetti | October 30th, 2017 3:40 pm

Here’s a fun activity for kids to enjoy during Thanksgiving time or even on Thanksgiving Day. It can be done by one person or a group, making it a competition.

Instructions:

• Make a list of items associated with Thanksgiving. We have given a sample list.

• The object of the activity is to find the actual item or picture of the item on the list. Check off the item after it’s found and award the player the given points. If playing with a group, the person with the highest score wins.

• A way to add extra points is to add an item or two to the list as a bonus or bonuses. Other changes to the items or points can be made if players want to play more than once.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Kids can pass the time while waiting for Thanksgiving dinner by conducting a holiday-themed scavenger hunt such as this one.
