Golf tournament brings in more than $10,000 for ALIFT program to help families of injured loggers

Dan DiMeolo and Jack Monnoyer of Deer Park Lumber present Jim Soltis, president of ALIFT, with a check for $10,000. The funds were raised through the first ever ALIFT golf tournament June 10 at Shadowbrook Inn and Resort. ALIFT (Assisting Loggers Immediately Fund Trust) is a non-profit charity established to help provide immediate financial help to the families of injured loggers.
