The Lackawanna County Commissioners marked the 22nd anniversary of the Americans With Disabilities Act with a proclamation and participation in activities conducted at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Center For Independent Living. The landmark legislation provided for a variety of programs, activities and accessibility opportunities for individuals with physical challenges.
