The County of Lackawanna Transit System (COLTS) is changing its #46 Mall Circulator route effective Jan. 7.
The route will still make all current stops and it will go into Park Center on Commerce Boulevard.
The order of the route and times of the stops have changed. See the COLTS Web site at www.coltsbus.com for additional information
