The Pennsylvania DUI Association recently brought the DUI Victims Moving Memorial to Public Square in Wilkes-Barre. The Memorial is a trailer featuring a 25 foot wall printed with names of DUI victims that have been honored in the memorial garden which is located in Harrisburg. Public Officials were on hand to welcome the memorial. The memorial makes stop throughout Pennsylvania to remind the public of the dangers of drinking and driving and to celebrate safety this holiday season.
