Volunteers met at the Clarks Summit Borough Building at 9 a.m. Nov. 3 to begin hanging Christmas lights and decorating the downtown district. The borough will host a second volunteer work day to continue the project Nov. 10. Those who would like to help are requested to meet on the first floor of the Borough Building at 1 p.m. The borough is also accepting donations of new or used working Christmas lights or holiday decorations, which may be dropped off at the Borough Offices, EMA office or police station.
