The Pennsylvania DUI Association is bringing its Moving Victims Memorial to Scranton on Tuesday, Dec. 11 as part of the annual Lackawanna Susquehanna Office of Drug and Alcohol Vigil and Holiday Reception.

The Candlelight Vigil is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Wells Fargo Bank, 130 Wyoming Ave., and is held in conjunction with Wells Fargo Bank, The Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office, and MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving).

On the walls of the Moving Memorial all the names of the victims of DUI crashes from across the state. The Moving Memorial is housed in a 30-foot trailer, interior of which is hand painted with a beautiful garden scene.

The public is invited to tour the Moving Victims Memorial and attend the Candlelight Vigil.
