According to the PennDOT Department of Transportation Nov. 2, a travel advisory is in place.

SR 3022 (The Central Scranton Expressway), is closed between the on-ramp to I-81 to Cedar Avenue as a result of damage to the Harrison Avenue Bridge by what appears to be a tractor trailer that fled the scene. Anticipated reopening is today at 1 p.m.
