The United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNC) were recognized by the Lackawanna County Commissioners for their programs designed to help the less fortunate members of the community.

UNC has been a long-time county partner, collaborating on the Project Hope Summer Day Camp, Arts Engage initiative, and a photography program. These activities combine fun, learning and recreation all in one.
