The Waverly Community House is offering a Tao cooking class that will teach several ways to prepare healthy simple festive foods using easy, delicious and healthy recipes without all the pressure and calories. Instructors Janet Dunn-Davenport and Joanna Bach will teach attendees to cook well, feel well and enjoy food and life.

Come for a Holiday demo class Nov. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the commercial kitchen at the Waverly Community House and learn more about the six-session classes beginning in January.
