Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania honored by Lackawanna County Commissioners

Cynthia Donlan, of the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania, received a Good Works certificate from The Lackawanna County Commissioners in recognition of the organizations 40th anniversary and the education and research work provided by the agency. The foundation serves over 11,000 Northeastern Pennsylvania residents. This chronic autoimmune disease affects more than 1.5 million Americans, 90 percent of whom are women between the ages of 15-44.
